We also provide tax representation services for clients who are currently out of compliance with their tax filings, or have outstanding tax debts with the IRS. We assist clients who have received notices from the IRS regarding tax assessments or changes to filed tax returns. We are also able to perform any historical bookkeeping and accounting necessary to file past-due tax returns, and offer guidance on how best to manage or reduce their outstanding tax assessment.
